Acceptance

By browsing filebrookhub.click or requesting consulting services from File Brook Hub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a consult request.

Services described

Pages describing consultations, rates, and approaches are informational. A binding engagement exists only after both parties sign a written engagement letter or accept a written quote that references these terms where applicable.

Intellectual property

Website copy, layout, and original diagrams remain the property of File Brook Hub. Engagement artefacts delivered to you under a paid consult (blueprints, audit reports, workshop summaries) are licensed for your internal business use unless the engagement letter states otherwise. You may not resell our templates as a competing consulting product.

Client materials

Documents and repository access you provide remain yours. We use them only to deliver the engagement and delete local copies within thirty days after closure unless a longer retention is required by the engagement letter or law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), File Brook Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from decisions your organisation makes after receiving consulting advice. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

No warranty on outcomes

Consulting improves clarity and structure; it does not guarantee zero defects in production, uninterrupted CI, or any particular business result.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact form for spam, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape content for competing commercial reuse without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in New Taipei City shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or consulting contracts that select this forum, unless an engagement letter names a different exclusive venue.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active engagements follow the version referenced in their engagement letter unless both parties agree otherwise.
