How we price
Consulting fees reflect preparation depth, number of facilitated sessions, and how much written artefact work is included. Exact figures depend on suite size and stakeholder count; the table below shows starting guidance in New Taiwan Dollar so you can budget before a call.

Estimate factors
- Number of repositories and languages in the automation estate
- Whether on-site travel within Taiwan is required

Deposits
Planning and audit engagements typically require a 40% deposit to reserve calendar space. Workshop days are payable in full seven days before the session. See the refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling rules.
What we do not sell
Monthly retainers that imply “unlimited Slack access,” seats on software, or packaged “Starter / Professional / Enterprise” tiers. If you need recurring coaching after a blueprint, we quote a separate block of hours.
