Engagement approach

From first note to handover—the rhythm we use so planning work fits real engineering calendars.

Write in with context

Tell us suite size, languages, release pressure, and whether you need planning, a workshop, or an audit. We reply within two business days with fit notes or a decline if the ask is pure implementation staffing.

Scope call

A 45-minute call confirms decision-makers, artefacts, and calendar. You receive a one-page engagement letter covering fee, deposit, and session dates—no auto-renewing contract.

Discovery in the room

We facilitate with your engineers present. Whiteboards and shared docs beat monologues. Homework between sessions is light and concrete: sample failures, owner lists, environment notes.

Blueprint or findings

You review drafts while the engagement is still open, so disagreements surface early. Final documents are yours to host in your wiki.

Handover and stop

We walk the plan with implementers, answer clarifying questions for a short window, then close. Optional coaching blocks are quoted separately if you want them later.
