About File Brook Hub
A small consulting practice built around planning sessions—not a staffing desk or a tool vendor.
Why we exist
Too many automation suites grow by accretion: a helpful script here, a copied Page Object there, a CI job nobody wants to touch. File Brook Hub was founded in New Taipei City to give engineering teams a place to pause, decide structure on purpose, and then return to building with a shared plan.
How we work
We facilitate. We write blueprints, decision records, and audit findings. We do not replace your QA engineers or sell seats on a hosted platform. Sessions are bilingual-friendly in practice (materials in English; Mandarin discussion available when the room prefers), always with English artefacts for cross-border stakeholders.
Who you’ll meet
Engagements are led by a principal consultant with a background in programming and quality leadership across consumer and fintech products in Taiwan. When a workshop needs a second facilitator for large groups, we bring a vetted associate under the same engagement letter—never a surprise rotation of freelancers.
Values in the room
- Specificity over slogans — name the journey, the layer, and the owner.
- Honesty about debt — some tests should be deleted; we will say so.
- Respect for calendars — agendas arrive early; overtime is rare and billed only when agreed.
Community
We occasionally host short evening roundtables in New Taipei for QA leads comparing framework choices. Announcements go out by email to past clients first; seats are limited and free.
